A shopping holiday to the Netherlands including a visit to Keukenhof

Join me on this floral journey of discovery, and learn some fascinating facts about the illustrious history of the Tulip -the most magical of all spring flowers. On this tour, enjoy the beautiful  garden of Keukenhof with its annual display of over seven million flowering bulbs. Many varieties of tulips, hyacinths and daffodils bloom along the park’s pathways; and there are exhibition pavilions with impressive floral displays. We will also visit the annual tulip exhibition at the Frans Hals Museum; here, floral displays feature alongside art exhibitions and are arranged daily by Friends of the Museum and Paul Wijkmeijer from Bloemenatelier. By special arrangement, we will visit Van den Berg Greenhouse and delight in a floral demonstration by international florist, Astrid van den Berg.

I will be your tour host, as well as performing a ‘Tulipmania’ demonstration.
