Reporting a Faulty Item

3. Return Instructions: Our team will guide you through the process of returning the faulty item. We will cover the cost of return postage for faulty items.

Inspection and Processing

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify the fault. If the item is deemed faulty, we will offer you one of the following options:

- Replacement: We will send you a replacement item, subject to availability.

- Refund: If a repair or replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment.

Important Notes

- Items that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear are not considered faulty and will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
