Celebrating British Flowers Week!

If you are interested in gardening and wish to learn more about creating a cut flower garden then this workshop is definitely a day not to be missed!

I will guide you through the practicalities of creating a productive cutting patch, covering what to sow, grow and nurture to ensure you have colour throughout the seasons. This is a practical course and includes a mixture of theoretical and practical elements throughout the day.

This course will cover Half Hardy and Hardy Annuals & Perennials

What foliage’s to grow for floral design

How and when to pick, harvest  and store your flowers and  plants

Conditioning of plant materials

We will also make a gorgeous flower arrangement in celebration of British Flowers week  constructed from garden grown/ inspired flowers and foliage’s.

No prior experience is required as all the necessary skills and techniques will be demonstrated in full.
